Before moving to Carrie’s Care Home, my daughter felt like she was stuck in one place. Now, she’s blossomed in ways I didn’t think possible. The team there goes above and beyond to make her feel supported and respected. I’ve seen her grow in confidence, learn new skills, and even make friends she loves spending time with. It’s given us peace of mind we hadn’t had in years.

My older brother, Matt, used to sit at home with nothing much to do. Then we found Brighter Connections, and it’s like he came alive. Now he’s got friends, activities, and even hobbies he never tried before. Watching him talk about his day with a huge grin is the best feeling in the world. Brighter Connections isn’t just a program; it’s a place where Matt gets to be his best self.

Never thought I’d enjoy going out and trying new things, but Brighter Connections changed that. They’ve got this way of making you feel brave, even when you’re nervous. Now, I’m learning how to budget, trying out recipes in their kitchen, and even going on trips with the group. I feel like I’m part of something bigger, and it’s awesome.
